All payments will be made by automatic withdrawal. Tuition will be drafted on the 1st of each month. If a payment is declined, there will be a $10.00 fee. There will also be a $10.00 late fee if payments are not made by the 15th of the month.
For cancellations due to weather an email & text will be sent. You can also check our Facebook and instagram pages as well. A make up lesson will be scheduled at a later time for any cancelled classes.
Regular attendance is essential and allows students to receive the most benefit from their dance program. Poor attendance holds back the entire class so please commit to your class time. Please email or call the studio if you are planning to be absent from class.
*** All classes will start and end promptly at their scheduled times. Please do not drop a child off more than 15 minutes before class starts.
Each year Dance Dimensions provides the opportunity for students to perform in our end of the year recital. All students are eligible to participate. This performance is an exciting experience for the dancers to show the skills they have been working on throughout the year, therefore participation is not mandatory but it is encouraged.
Our waiting area is available for use by students and their families. We request that siblings are supervised at all times. Parents are welcome to stay and watch class through our viewing window, but not required to remain in the building during their child’s class. We also have our lounge room where you can relax or enjoy some tv while your child dances.
Please refrain from wearing outdoor footwear on the studio floor. Dancers who choose to wear sneakers for hip hop, please bring an extra pair of clean sneakers especially during winter months to avoid tracking sand and salt into the studio.
